How do I set up a recurring deposit?

  1. Once you’re logged in, click the transfer button. From here, proceed like you are initiating a one-time deposit, but change the frequency to the recurring frequency you desire and select your start date.

  2. Continue and confirm your details to set up your recurring deposit.

  3. After you confirm your details and click “Initiate Deposit”, your recurring deposit is set up and will be automatically pulled from your selected account for future deposits.

How do I pause or delete a recurring deposit?

  1. From either the Dashboard or the Activity page, click ‘View” on the recurring transactions row. Note: If you are on mobile, you may need to scroll to the right to see this button.

  2. From here, find the recurring transaction you wish to stop and click the ellipsis to view the actions and then select ‘Pause’ or ‘Delete’.

  3. ‘Pause’ keeps the recurring deposit from clearing off your account but stops any future deposits associated with it.

  4. ‘Delete’ removed the recurring deposit from your account.

What recurring deposit frequencies do you support?

  • Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly.

How far out in advance can I set up a recurring deposit?

  • As far out as one period for the selected frequency. For instance, if you would like to set up a bi-weekly recurring deposit, you may select a start date up to two weeks out.

What account types can I use to set up a recurring deposit?

  • Recurring deposits are supported with Card and ACH account types. Wire, due to the nature of the transfer method, is not supported.
